A question-and-answer project on mental health, answered in short recordings by Will Daddario, LMHC, LCAS.
“Is what I’m feeling normal, or is it just me?”
The first question waiting in the box. It could be yours.
Doing Well exists because the questions people carry quietly are the ones most worth answering out loud. Ask anything about mental health — worry, grief, focus, habits, relationships, medication, therapy itself — and I’ll answer the ones that let me say something genuinely useful, in a recording you can hear here or in your podcast app.
How it works
Ask anything.
No question is too small, too odd, or too ordinary. Anonymous is fine; a first name is fine; a whole backstory is fine.
I read every one.
I choose the questions I can answer honestly and well, rather than quickly. If yours is one of them, it gets an episode.
The answer becomes a recording.
Each answer lands here as a short episode, with the newest one at the top. Nothing identifying is ever read aloud.

Episode 00 — The box opens
Anonymous
The first recording arrives once the question box has something worth answering slowly. Yours might be it.
Leave your question
Write it the way you’d say it to a friend. There are no wrong questions here.
Doing Well offers general education about mental health, not treatment. Listening or submitting a question does not create a therapeutic relationship. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or 911.
